A Healthy Summer Dessert That’s A Vacation On A Stick

Ingredients

1 cup canned light coconut milk
2 (5.3 oz) containers non fat pineapple yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
¾ t. coconut extract
1 T. sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and insert the popsicle sticks.
  3. Freeze the popsicles over night before eating.
