The atmosphere here in the Florence clinic is nurturing, understanding and entertaining.

What should a patient expect on their first visit? 

My favorite moment was when a patient lost 11 pounds in her first month. She jumped up and down and nearly tackled me. Since then I have had patients make me dance with them, cry with them and rejoice with them. Once I tapped my bell due to a successful weigh in and the patient grabbed that bell and rang it over and over.
