What should a patient expect on their first visit?
Compassion, and motivation, we want to give them hope that they can accomplish their goals.
What has the most moving patient success story for you to experience?
We have a patient whose goal was to be able to sit down comfortably in the dress she bought for her son’s wedding. Watching her drop sizes was exciting, especially when she told us she had to eventually buy a new dress because it couldn’t be altered anymore. She looks amazing and we are so proud of her!
What is the feeling of the office/environment?
